Full Personnel File
The Panic Parent has been warning the neighborhood watch group chat about the ankle phase for eleven weeks. The ankle phase has arrived, and this moment is not entirely welcome — being right about something this specific isn't the kind of vindication anyone actually wanted. Wipes are deployed at full extension. Primary wipes out. Backup wipes staged. A third, conceptual layer of wipes exists in the bag and will be accessed if the situation requires it. The neighborhood watch was notified before the Mall Cop finished his first sentence — not to undermine the Mall Cop, but because waiting felt irresponsible. Her child is currently having the best day of their entire life three booths away. She has not checked. She is too busy protecting everyone else's children.
In-game, the Panic Parent is the social pressure unit — not a chaser, but a force that makes the food court increasingly hostile to quiet operation. A gasped reaction and raised grocery bags functions as a small area broadcast. A full panic cluster bumps nearby NBCs up a reaction tier: the Mall Cop gets louder, the Local Reporter turns the camera. The stretch goal ability, Emergency Snack Distraction, drops a snack that can redirect any character in range, including Biters who are walking away from a bite and straight into something they didn't intend to walk into. The Panic Parent doesn't win rounds. The Panic Parent makes other people lose them.
